We had Mr. Sparky update our electrical panel with a surge protector. We also had a surge protector installed for our phone and cable. Zach arrived on time. He was extremely professional and completed the work on time. When we had to reschedule some follow up work due to an emergency they were extremely friendly and concerned. Our experience with the scheduling personal was also good. We would definitely recommend Mr. Spark. – Kathy

I had power out in my kitchen and Mr. Sparky sent out an electrician who fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. I called at 3 p.m. and they had someone out by 5 p.m. Highly recommended!

Very good We were pleasantly surprised with the quality service that Mr. Sparky provided (specifically electrician Dan H.). Just like car maintenance/repair, these guys have the opportunity to really screw you over if they wanted to. He replaced what he needed to, quoted us on other work we were considering having done, and that’s it. He walked us through what he was doing and was very nice. He was here for about 40 minutes. We’re glad we found a reliable electrician in the area and will definitely use them in the future. -  Sarah

Service is great and the technician was extremely knowledgeable. They also wear coverings over there shoes during the entire work. I tried a couple other electricians before calling Mister Sparky but I felt like I was working to get their business instead of the other way around. Mister Sparky was very responsive. You probably spend more going through Mister Sparky versus another smaller electrician but the quality and service you get is well worth any additional cost. - Chris DeSalvo 

Dan is a good communicator and problem solver and provides a written estimate. The prices may be a bit higher due to the fact that it is a franchise, but the quality and customer service is worth it. I call and schedule and then it all just happens. We give Dan the garage code and he will go in, call when he arrives and when he is done, and he then walks through everything that was done. I came home late one night to find that some of my lights weren’t working. I tried flipping the circuit breakers, but nothing helped. I couldn’t get on Angie’s List since the power was out, so I got out the phone book. I was
looking for 24 hour service, not to have someone come that night, but to make an appointment for the next morning. The first 2 I tried had a recording to leave a message, even though the ad said that someone would
answer. That was not an option-I wanted to talk to someone! Then I found Mr.Sparky. A very nice lady answered and set up an appointment for the morning. The next morning Mark came on time. He found that the problem was not with my house, but that there was a broken underground line that Xcel would have to repair. Xcel is currently working on it. I plan on having Mark do some other work for me. - Bea Miller

They were wonderful. Really professional & very timely. They were here when they said they’d be here & charged what they said they’d charge. They didn’t get anything dirty, were really respectful of our house and even dressed really nice. They were very nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. - DEB MYERS

They were able to come out the day we called, provided a written, line-item estimate & completed the work in one day (with the exception of a couple of small things, which have to wait until the new cabinets and countertops are installed). They also had all materials on hand. The final bill was slightly less than the estimate, though permit fees have not yet been assessed. We were allowed to pay a portion of the bill on the day of service & then spread the remaining balance out over four months, interest free. Dan and Roger were polite and efficient; and cleaned up the work site very well before they left. While the total cost seems high we admit that we did not get multiple estimates because everyone we called had high estimate fees and we couldn’t rationalize spending so much money on estimates. We are trusting that the prices we paid for the job are comparable. We were certainly happy with the job they did & their ability to do the job on the day called. - BECKY BOUDREAU

We had a circuit breaker that kept blowing every 20 minutes or so. We noticed because the TV kept going out. We called, and the owner, Mark, came out within 2 hours that same evening. He checked the different circuits in the box and repaired it. He was very prompt, courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, checking all the outlets, replacing the GFI in one and the outlet itself, by the kitchen sink. He took his shoes off as soon as he came in the house. THEY DID A NICE JOB OF PUTTING IT IN. IT LOOKS LIKE THE ORIGINAL LIGHT. THEY CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND DRESSED REALLY NICE; VERY PROFESSIONAL. - DEB MYERS
